On arrival, younger guests will be greeted with a cold glass of Le Manoir apple juice, fresh from the orchard. Ready for exploring, Le Manoir is surrounded by lawns, flower borders and orchards and younger guests love the gardens; discovering hidden paths and secret corners, perfect for hide and seek.  There are also some outdoor games for all to enjoy, such as croquet or boules and waiting inside, there is an in-room toy box, puzzles, books as well as a DVD library and use of Chromecast

Children staying will also be presented with a special Le Manoir teddy bear to share their adventures during their stay and take home as a forever Manoir memory.  In the room, there will also be a new Seed Explorers activity pack that offers children (and adults!), all the tips, advice and magic they need to grow their own edible wonderland and keep them busy in the garden all year round.  

There will be thrills of delight as children discover their very own bathrobes and lovely ‘Little B’ bubble bath to use or of course to take home.  

For hungry tummies, Raymond Blanc has created a wonderful children’s menu with many favourites, whilst adults can enjoy the seasonal seven-course dinner menu and a wine list to compliment every dish.

For those who might wish, Le Manoir can arrange additional activities including the very popular Birds of Prey Experience.  This includes an afternoon of demonstrations with hawks, owls and falcons and a walk with the birds through the magical gardens.

Of course The Raymond Blanc Cookery School can also offer private family tuition or for those who may wish to venture further afield during their stay, there is also horse riding in the local countryside. The sessions, depending on the season, can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

There are also unique sheepdog experiences, a tailor-made tour with a focus on an exciting experience with one of the finest shepherds and sheepdog handlers in the Cotswolds.

A family time escape at Le Manoir costs from £2,030 and includes luxury accommodation including complimentary beds for children under 12 (up to two per room).  Special gifts for children include a Le Manoir teddy, ‘Little B’ gift and a ‘Seed Explorer’ garden activity box.  Also included is a seven-course seasonal dinner for two adults as well as two dinners from the children’s menu selection. Breakfast the following morning is also included.  

Endless delights are on offer with the various activities that can be arranged, for an additional charge, to keep little visitors entertained.
