The only hotel located inside the Iguassu National Park, the Hotel das Cataratas, is renowned for offering guests incredible experiences that usually surprise everyone who passes by.
To start the year 2021 in a great style, the hotel presents the new experience “Gazebo Experience”, an exclusive dinner held under one of our cozy trees of the garden, with a menu prepared by the executive chef, Jean Paul Barbier, with the fresh ingredients and vegetables selected from the hotel's garden.
Dinner takes place in four stages and it is interactive, it means the dishes are delicately finished in front of the customer. The gastronomic experience starts with Amuse Bouche followed by different starter options, the customer can choose between: salmon tartar with creamy potatoes; scallop nitro ceviche with “leche de tigre” and caviar; hot scallops with black lemon butter and crunchy garlic; or fillet carpaccio with arugula salad and tomatoes from the garden.
For the main course, amazings recipes, such as “tonarelli nero di sepia” with “a lo macho” sauce and seafood; charcoal fillet with mashed potatoes and black truffles, marrow demi glace and Grana Padano cream; buffalo mozzarella tortellini, cherry tomatoes and purple basil from the garden; and palm heart risotto and sun-dried tomatoes with grilled shrimp.
To finish, dessert options for all tastes: mango tartar with roasted pineapple, cumaru ice cream and nitrogenous raspberry; mascapone cheese pie and Nutella sauce; French vanilla ice cream and blackberry caviar; and corn fondant with guava cream and cheese ice cream.
The new experience is open to the public and exclusively for adults. It is necessary to book 48 hours in advance, the price per couple is R$ 1.020,00 and includes non-alcoholic drinks, welcome drink and couvert.
