Located inside Hotel Cipriani's kitchen guests and clients can watch the impeccable work of the Chef and also from the entire kitchen team.
“The Chef's Table Premium has the goal to give even more refinement to the Chef's Table, which is already a super exclusive product. Premium's differential is mainly the selection of wines, we chose to offer prestigious labels from all over the world, in addition to options from small producers of very high quality. Some organic and biodynamic wines were also included in the list to complete the experience. With the dedication and continuous study of our sommelier, Ed Arruda, and Italian cuisine developed and adapted according to the client's preference, we achieve an even more incredible experience for fans of haute cuisine and wines ”, reveals Nello Cassese, Executive Chef of the hotel and Chef of Cipriani.
Dinner costs, per person, R$ 1.750,00 + 10%, and includes extensive and surprising tasting including: 5 appetizers; Amouse Bouche; homemade breads produced at the hotel; 2 entries; 1 risotto; 1 pasta; 1 main dish; 1 pre-dessert; 1 dessert and Pétit Fours to finish.
In addition, the Chef Premium Table includes up to 5 types of high-end Italian wines, from classic regions of Italy, such as Tuscany, Piedmont, Sicily, among others.
