Brunch at Tragaluz: New Menu

Tragaluz, located in Miraflores Park a Belmond hotel, renews its brunch menu with new options every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm to start the weekend in a different way with friends, family or pets since it is a pet-friendly restaurant.

The new menu includes a wide variety of dishes such as: Salmon tartare, garlic fish croquettes with bean cream, smoked salmon on a corn and avocado omelette, scrambled egg and avocado sandwich on croissant bread and affogato (vanilla ice cream with a shot of espresso coffee).

In addition, the brunch presents traditional options such as: Greek yogurt with berries, fruit and granola, silverside sandwiches accompanied with avocado, Creole sauce and hot pepper cream, different egg options, such as Hemingway eggs, eggs with entrails and caramelized onion, Benedictines, and to finish the sweet dishes such as panettone French toast and hand whipped cream, pancakes with maple syrup, berries and hand whipped cream, among others.

Tragaluz brunch package offers: two dishes from the menu, a natural juice, a jug of detox water, an American coffee or infusion, a bread basket with jam, and cashew butter for the price of S /. 79.00 soles per person. Likewise, the menu has additional drink options such as unlimited mimosas and Aperol Spritz for the price of S /. 49 and S /. 69 soles, respectively, per person.
