Belmond’s collection of trains and cruises are perfect for those looking to experience the best of ‘slow travel’ this summer. Belmond’s trains and river cruises available for private hire this summer include private carriages on board the legendary Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, a Belmond train, Europe, entire charters of Royal Scotsman, a Belmond train, Scotland and the select fleet of river barges in Burgundy.

A private charter aboard one of Afloat in France’s luxury barges is perfect for multi-generational families, with six-night charters available from 16 August for six to twelve guests along the picturesque waterways of Burgundy.
