Additional advan ced treatments include red light therapy that uses low-level wavelengths to treat skin cond itions, muscle recovery and inflammation. Reflexology to further support the body's natural healing processes and ayurvedic rituals to soothe the body holistically complement the new offering.. 3. BAR VISCONTI AND TOSCA RESTAURANT UNVEIL NEW MENUS CELEBRATING THE LAND

Wellness extends to a new mixology and culin ary offering, where each creation is a tribute to the estate's rich soil and seasonal rhythms. At Bar Visconti, Bar Manager Alessio Onida presents the Hortus Vitae cocktail list, inspired by the property's vegetable gardens. A celebration of botanicals and organically certified vegetable gardens, the new drinks draw inspiration from the natural synergies found in the plant world. The first section of the menu honours pollinating insects and their conn ection to flowers and aromatic herbs, the second takes inspiration from the rich layers of soil, while the third pays tribute to companion planting, high lightin g plant's ability to grow better together. Crafted to delight and nourish, the new house-made “Venvia” London Dry Gin joins Castello's line of produc ts already featuring, hon ey, olive oil and the red wine Ulpaia. At the fine dining Tosca restauran t, Executive Chef Daniele Sera presents two tasting menus inspired by the region and the Orti del Castello.
